Your satisfaction is our top priority. Every item is carefully inspected and packaged before dispatch to ensure the best quality.

If you receive a damaged or faulty product, you can request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order. To initiate the exchange, please contact our Customer Care team at +92 339 9070785 with your order details and proof of issue.

Please note:

  • Items claimed for exchange after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.

  • The item must be in its original packaging, unused, and with all tags intact.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Carry Charm reserves the right to refuse an exchange if the item is found used, damaged after delivery, or not returned in its original condition.
