Carry Charm offers a wide variety of fashionable bags for women — including handbags, purses, clutches, totes, and backpacks — designed to combine elegance, comfort, and practicality.

Placing an order is simple! Browse through our collection, add your favorite items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Once you enter your details and confirm payment or Cash on Delivery (COD), your order will be processed.

We offer free shipping on all orders above PKR 5,000 across Pakistan. For orders below PKR 5,000, a delivery charge of PKR 200 applies.

Orders are usually delivered within 3 to 7 working days after confirmation. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier schedules.

If an item is currently out of stock, don’t worry! You can click the “Notify Me” option (if available) or contact our customer support team for restock details. We regularly update our inventory, so your favorite item may be back soon.

You can request a change in your shipping address before your order has been dispatched by contacting our customer care team. Once the order is shipped, we’re unable to modify the delivery address.

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and Prepaid Bank Transfers. Online card payment options will be introduced soon for your convenience.

Yes, exchanges are accepted if the item is damaged or faulty upon delivery. You must contact our customer care within 3 days of receiving your order for assistance.

If a customer wishes to return a product, we offer an exchange policy instead of a refund. Under this policy, you can either:

  • Exchange your bag for another one of your choice, or

  • Receive a coupon code equal to your purchase amount, which you can use to buy any other item from our store.

Please note that exchanges will be made at the existing price of the product.
For example, if a bag originally priced at Rs. 4,000 is available at 50% off and purchased for Rs. 2,000, the customer can select another bag worth Rs. 2,000 using the exchange option or coupon code.

Note: The shipping cost for the exchange will be paid by the customer when the replacement product is sent.

We make every effort to ensure that our product images and descriptions are accurate. However, slight color or texture variations may occur due to lighting or screen settings.

Currently, Carry Charm operates online only as an eCommerce startup. This allows us to offer high-quality fashion products at affordable prices with nationwide delivery.

If an item you’re interested in is currently out of stock, you can sign up for notifications to be alerted when it becomes available again. Just enter your email on the product page, and we’ll notify you as soon as it’s back in stock.

You can easily track your order status by visiting our Order Tracking page on the website and entering your order number. You’ll also receive regular updates via SMS or email once your order is shipped.
